Frog-Face isn't a bumbling moron, but he has the worst luck, always seeming to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. He has a ridiculous name, the only outfits that fit him are onesies designed for obese babies, and the mutation that gave him his powers also gave him annoyingly floppy toes. Life cuts Frog-Face no breaks.
