Mr. MGMT is calm, cool, and crazy rich. He puts his money to use as the head of the Subterranean Syndicate, a crime-supporting organization that's hidden from society. He has no respect for "do-gooders" and is happy to aid anyone who shares this view... although, if you get involved with the capitalistic Mr. MGMT, there's always the chance that you'll have to pay him back more money than you borrowed.
